As live trade shows around the world are still dormant, many companies have moved to the virtual realm to showcase new products and equipment. This is the case for Bausano, a manufacturer of custom plastic extrusion lines, which will demonstrate its MD Nextmover 125/25 twin screw extrusion online on April 28th at 12pm Eastern Time/11am Central Time/9am Pacific Time system.

Vice President Clemente Bausano will introduce the company and discuss its open live broadcast growth plan, and then the technicians will demonstrate two multi-drive drive MD Plus and MD Nextmover product lines. They will test the MD Nextmover 125/25 extruder, demonstrating the achievable production level of 800 to 1,000 kg/h. They will also explain how to configure the system for various production ranges and introduce the intelligent energy system of the extruder, which is an innovative non-contact cylinder heating system that can save up to 35% of energy. The Q&A session will end the speech.

"Our online demo provides an opportunity for US and Canadian operators to learn about our latest products and how we respond to the needs of North American customers," Bausano said. "The U.S.'s position as the world's eighth largest plastics processing industry is why we strengthen our presence in North America. As we lay the foundation for the vibrant U.S. industry, we have the ability to accelerate our growth in the market."

Bausano's MD Nextmover extrusion line is suitable for the production of pipes, pellets, wood-plastic composites, profiles and materials used in the medical industry. A key difference of the Bausano extruder is that in-house engineers can customize each component according to the customer's specific needs, including aesthetics.

In January 2021, Bausano announced the launch of its next-generation twin-screw extruder production line in the United States and Canada. Bausano also recently launched a new training program for professional technicians at its dealers in Houston and Oswego, Illinois. It plans to install a twin-screw extrusion line in the showroom of the company's resale partner this fall.

Bausano is headquartered near Turin, Italy, and has production sites in Brazil and India.
